Introduction to Hospitality Operations

Certificate II in Hospitality Operations

Knowledge and operational skills required to start a career in the
Hospitality Industry for: Bar Attendant, Waiter in a Hotel Restaurant, Food and Beverage Assistant, Housekeeping Attendant, Porter service.

Certificate III in Hospitality Operations

The operational skills and knowledge for coordinating or supervising
staff members in: Bar person in a hotel, Waiter in a Fine Dining Restaurant, Waiter\Barista in a small café, Concierge, Sommelier in a Fine Dinning Restaurant, Front Desk Attendant in a Hotel

Certificate IV in Hospitality Supervision

The operational skills and knowledge for supervising a small Hotel, or department within a larger Hotel for:Food and Beverage Supervisor, Front Office Supervisor, Housekeeping Supervisor

Diploma of Hospitality Management
