Bellis Training Limited (BTA Centre) was founded in 1984 to provide high quality training in vocational sectors. Since its formation the company has been particularly successful in running a variety of training programmes to develop the potential of young people, helping them to establish a confident, positive attitude to themselves and their work. Working in partnership with first-class companies, we offer attractive career opportunities in Retail, Distribution, Warehousing, Hotel, Hospitality or Customer Service.
All Bellis staff are trained professionals, experienced in Hospitality, Retail and Distribution industries and Personal Development. Their professional service is available to support employers who wish to train staff in their vocational area.
It is our aim to help the individual to become specialists in their chosen career, providing a high quality service to their customers and their company. Our training techniques are based upon Positive Mental Attitude, which establishes a relaxed and enjoyable but highly professional environment within which high standards are set and achieved. Bellis is an Approved Preferred Supplier to Birmingham & Solihull Local Learning Skills Council, has previously achieved the Investors in People award and is an accredited centre for City & Guilds and OCR, offering National Vocational Qualifications up to Level 3. We also contribute to the Department for Education and Skills, ‘Learning for work’ publications, the main purpose of which is to advise Training Providers, schools and colleges how to improve the quality of Key Skills.
